SOLD! Got a FULL PRICE OFFER on day 1 after the open house! What more is there to say? Kathy and Carl made a few suggestions for us to do before listing...which we did. Then they came and staged the house beautifully. I wish I had thought of some of those things while I lived there! They followed up on everything. All we had to do was sign the papers. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them. And then they were soooo patient with us looking at houses to move to.
